Content that visitors may not find

Start with these areas

1. The McCleave Project, Education & Civic Programs, and Camerata: all are drafts with substantial existing copy. Confirm whether to finish them, retain them as legacy material, or keep them on hold. Their draft status alone does not settle scope.
2. Masterclasses and Elementary Spring Tour: both are published, absent from the main navigation, and each receives one body link from Education. They contain program information and a contact action. Review the offering details, then decide whether the Education entry point is sufficient.
3. Six Handorf artist biographies: these records support the artist presentation and should not appear in the sitemap. Their Rank Math XML and HTML sitemap settings are now disabled. The biographies remain available to the Handorf page; their standalone URLs are preserved. They do not need navigation links.
4. Sweeney Todd Auditions: a complete, closed notice remains public without an observed inbound link. It describes the June–July 2026 production. Keep it as an intentional archive or retire its single page after review.
5. Draft audition notices and Ticketing Policies: review publication readiness for the notices and compare the old policy document with the current Plan Your Visit policy section.

Areas that are intentionally hidden

Rentals and the three unfinished Community pages (Expanding Horizons, Student Night at the Opera, and Black Roots of Opera) remain restricted to logged-in users. They are not counted as accidental public orphans. The September 25 meeting also explicitly allowed Rentals to wait and discussed keeping unfinished sections hidden.

The catalog contains 89 draft productions and 69 pending seasons. These are a historical content backlog, not automatically launch requirements. Staff/Board profiles are list-only records with public single URLs disabled.

Download the complete CSV. Body links count distinct referring pages in the anonymous crawl and exclude shared header/footer navigation. Draft links open their WordPress editor.

Method and limits

Combined the WordPress content/status inventory with 192 anonymous URL requests and links extracted from successfully rendered HTML. The crawl included published pages, public content types, and primary listing/calendar routes. It did not exhaust every calendar date, dynamic filter, or pagination state. Calendar-dependent items therefore remain candidates, not confirmed orphans.

Thirty-seven profile URLs correctly returned 404 because singles are disabled. One guessed blog pagination seed returned 404 and is excluded from findings. Eighteen protected requests were rate-limited at the login destination after redirect; that is not reported as a content-page failure. Gallery pages and Elementor implementation templates are excluded. Link totals merge harmless version/contact query strings and remove fragment differences.
